Term 2 Soccer Camps
April 26th- July 5th (every Saturday)
at Wimba Primary School, Tarneit
If your child wants to get active, playing soccer, while making plenty of new friends, then our Soccer Program is the perfect place!
We cater to children of all skill levels and ability! No matter if it's the first time they've kicked a ball, or whether they're a seasoned professional!
Our classes are engaging and enjoyable. Our experienced coaches are assigned to different groups, based on skill level and age, so everyone can get the best experience!
** Due to Wimba Primary School being a voting location, Term 2 Week 2 (May 3rd) will be a rest week. We will still have 10 Tarneit Classes **
Lion Cubs (Age 4-8)
This is an introductory class, where the fundamentals of soccer will be taught, to encourage enjoyment and passion for the game!
Our coaches will run drills including:
- Ball Control
- Basic Dribbling Skills
- Teamwork activities
- Basic Passing Skills
- Shooting Techniques
- Big Game!
Every class ends with a BIG GAME, which is a friendly 20 minute mini match between the players!
The purpose of Lions Cubs classes is to make sure all kids have an enjoyable experience, while developing their soccer ability!
It doesn't matter whether your child is a future star, or has never kicked a soccer ball before, our coaches will work closely with them to make sure EVERY CHILD reaches their potential and HAS LOTS OF FUN!
10 AM - 11 AM (every Saturday)
Lion Pride (Age 8-13)
This is an introductory class, where the fundamentals of soccer will be taught, to encourage enjoyment and passion for the game!
Our coaches will run drills including:
- Advanced Ball Skills
- Technical Passing (Short + Long)
- Communication Activities
- Dribbling Techniques
- Long-range shooting
- How to tackle (safely)
- Tactical Analysis
- Big Game!
Every class ends with a BIG GAME, which is a friendly 20 minute mini match between the players!
Our Lions Pride classes act as the intermediate pathway for our soccer players! This is where they can learn about the depths of a soccer a little more, with advanced technical and tactical practice!
At the end of the term, there is a BIG GAME (60 minutes) against our Point Cook team, where they will be trophies and medals on display!
11 AM - 12 PM (every Saturday)
Uniforms!
At Playmakers Soccer, we have an optional team kit for our players.
This jersey is intended to boost team spirit and morale amongst Playmakers players. Designed by Umbro Sports, the shirt offers:
- Sweat absorbtion for added comfort
- 100% Polyester Interlock

- Authentic Mesh Sleeves
Purchase of this jersey is 100% OPTIONAL. Individuals are free to enjoy our classes wearing any athletic attire they choose.
Ordered shirts will be hand-delivered after your scheduled classes (just let one of the coaches know). Please allow 3-4 weeks for the shirts the arrive after purchase.
